Currently, the only way to make a self-rental a nonpassive activity is either to:<ul><li>Mark it as a rental real estate activity and mark the REP box</li><li>Leave the rental real estate activity box unmarked</li></ul>A self-rental is a nonpassive activity without the owner having to be a REP, so it would be nice to have that box to check.
